Fama is a dedicated corporate social responsibility and resource management personnel, passionate about community development, with extensive knowledge of non-profits.

She started her career at the United Bank for Africa UBA, where she worked as a direct sales agent, then moved on to XST global services. Before joining the MGE Foundation, she was a consultant to the Center for Law & Socio-Economic Development (CLED).

She is a certified Project Management Professional with an MBA from the University of Cumbria, United Kingdom; she holds certifications in strategies and sustainability from Stanford University, California, USA.

She is also a United Nations Volunteer, an Associate Member of Women in Business, Management & Public Service WIMBIZ, and a Board of Trustees Member of Port Harcourt Food Bank Initiative.

Fama loves music and is a professional Cellist. She enjoys spending time with her family and also loves to travel.
